Wanderlust

Ever since coming back from studying abroad, I have found myself randomly looking at airbnbs and flights, making mental lists of where and when I would travel around this big ol’ world.  I’ve realized more in this season of my life that now, and the near future, are especially the times to satisfy this wanderlust craving.

While I have my fair share of goal destinations across continents, I believe that it is equally important and valuable to explore and embrace the roots of your home city/state.  This summer is the first time I feel like I will be able to see my home city from the lens of an adult, rather than a kid.  I love where I’m from; I love the values we all share, the grit and hard work we all exude, the rich history and innovation established.  I thirst for the further exploration of culture and service that awaits!
